The problem that often arises is role conflict. existence of conflict in an agency certainly dramatically affects the performance its employees. Role conflicts can occur due to differences commitment, inappropriate communication language, character, ethics, and individual behavior social relationships job competition. purpose this study analyze effect work suitability on administrative employees at State Vocational Schools Buleleng Regency.
